The Kitchener Panther have signed right-hander Owen MacNeil for the 2025 season.

MacNeil (Georgetown, Ont.) is joining the Panthers after completing five seasons at the University of Charleston where he posted a 13-4 record and a 3.63 ERA, while registering 134 strikeouts in 141 1/3 innings in 49 games (26 starts).

In 2024, he went 6-0 with 2.82 ERA for Charleston and also threw a no-hitter.
