The Toronto Maple Leafs have re-signed infielder Mike Cecchetto for the 2025 season.

Cecchetto, a native of Toronto, joined the Maple Leafs in July of last season after spending time with Guelph, Barrie, Hamilton, and Toronto over the previous six seasons.

Across 13 regular and postseason games last summer, Cecchetto hit .385 with three home runs and 11 RBIs in 39 at bats. He had a five-RBI performance in Game 1 of the playoffs against Barrie, which saw him blast a ninth-inning grand slam.
