The Toronto Blue Jays' minor league affiliates had three games on the docket and went 2-1.
Buffalo Bisons 7, Rochester Red Wings (WAS) 1
The Buffalo Bisons (54-33) rebounded from their loss on Saturday for a convincing 7-1 win over the Rochester Red Wings to close out their series.
Playing shortstop, Kevin Smith had a huge game for the Bisons, going 4-for-5 with two doubles, four RBI and two runs, adding a stolen base. Tyler White was 3-for-4 with a walk and two RBI while Cullen Large was 1-for-2 with two walks and Logan Warmoth was 1-for-4 with a run. Otto Lopez (Montreal, Que.) was 0-for-3 but walked and scored and Cavan Biggio was 0-for-3 with two walks and a run.
Starter Casey Lawrence also had a stellar game, throwing six innings of two-hit baseball without walking anyone and striking out seven. Tim Mayza, in a rehab appearance, allowed a solo home run in his inning. Travis Bergen walked two in 2/3 of an inning but also struck out two and Hobie Harris finished the eighth. Jacob Barnes had a clean ninth to finish the game.

New Hampshire Fisher Cats 5, Harrisburg Senators (WAS) 11
The New Hampshire Fisher Cats (41-45) fell behind early and couldn't match the Harrisburg Senators' offence, falling 11-6.
The Fisher Cats had two home runs with Vinny Capra hitting his ninth of the year, going 2-for-4 with an RBI and a run, adding a double. Nick Podkul was also 2-for-4 with a home run, driving in two and scoring two. Tanner Kirwer (Sherwood Park, Alta.) was 2-for-5 in the leadoff spot, driving in a pair of runs and Chavez Young was 1-for-4 with a double and a run. Demi Orimoloye (Orleans, Ont.) was 1-for-4 with a run.
Reilly Hovis allowed seven runs (five earned) on 10 hits (three HR) with two walks and three strikeouts, taking the loss. Connor Law provided 1 1/3 innings of strong relief, striking out one and Brandon Eisert allowed four runs on five hits in the seventh. Adrian Hernandez struck out two to finish off the eighth.

Vancouver Canadians 11, Everett AquaSox (SEA) 3
The Vancouver Canadians (41-49) got six home runs and scored 11 runs for the second game in a row, defeating the Everett AquaSox 11-3 to close out their series.
Rafael Lantigua led the 17-hit barrage, going 4-for-5 with a home run, a walk, an RBI and four runs, also stealing a base. Sebastian Espino hit three home runs, going 3-for-4 with four RBI and three runs while Orelvis Martinez, playing third base, was 3-for-5 with a home run, two RBI and a run. Zac Cook hit another home run, going 2-for-5 with an RBI and a run while Philip Clarke was 2-for-5. Tanner Morris was 1-for-4 with a triple, an RBI and a run while Will Robertson was 1-for-5 with a double, a walk and a run. Spencer Horwitz was 1-for-5 with a walk and an RBI.
Starter Adam Kloffenstein had a solid game, going five innings and allowing just one run on three hits (one HR) with three walks and four strikeouts. Will McAffer (North Vancouver, B.C.) allowed two runs on three hits (one HR) with two strikeouts and Hagen Danner struck out one in his inning of work. Roither Hernandez allowed a hit and two walks but struck out three in two scoreless innings to finish the game.
