In five games in the Toronto Blue Jays' minor league system, the club was 2-3.

New Hampshire Fisher Cats 3, Hartford Yard Goats (COL) 2
The New Hampshire Fisher Cats (43-45) got a strong start from Luis Quinones and got just enough offence to hold off the Hartford Yard Goats for a 3-2 win.
Quinones continues to deliver big strikeout numbers, fanning nine and giving up just a hit and four walks in five innings for his first double-A win. Sean Rackoski allowed a run on four hits and a walk pitching one-plus innings and Graham Spraker allowed one of two inherited runners to score but struck out three in two innings without allowing a hit or a walk himself. Adrian Hernandez got the save but made it interesting, giving up a run in the ninth on a hit and a walk, striking out three.
Jordan Groshans and Chavez Young drove the offence, each getting two hits with Groshans going 2-for-3 with a double, a home run, a walk, an RBI and a run while Young was 2-for-4 with a home run, two RBI and a run. Samad Taylor was 1-for-4 with a run and Kevin Vicuna was 1-for-3 with a walk. Ryan Gold was 1-for-3 with a walk and Reggie Pruitt walked and was caught stealing.

Vancouver Canadians 3, Tri-City Dust Devils (LAA) 6
The Vancouver Canadians (41-51) couldn't mount a late rally, falling behind in the fourth and losing 6-3 to the Tri-City Dust Devils.
Spencer Horwitz continued his hot streak, getting four hits in his second consecutive game, going 4-for-5 with an RBI. Sebastian Espino hit his eighth home run, going 1-for-4 with two RBI while Philip Clarke was 2-for-4. Tanner Morris was 2-for-5 with a run and Rafael Lantigua was 1-for-4 with a walk and a run. Will Robertson was 1-for-4 and Eric Rivera was 0-for-2 but walked twice and stole a base (although he was also caught stealing).
Sem Robberse gave up five runs in 3 2/3 innings although only two were earned. Still, he allowed five hits and walked four, striking out six. Andrew Bash surrendered another run, giving up a tally on a hit and a walk with three strikeouts in 2 1/3 innings after stranding the bases loaded. Hayden Juenger struck out three in two innings and Thomas Ruwe walked two and struck out one in the ninth.

FCL Blue Jays 6, FCL Tigers East 9
The FCL Blue Jays (16-17) jumped out to a 6-0 lead in the early innings but the Tigers East rallied in the later innings to come away with a 9-6 win over Toronto's affiliate.
Marcos De La Rosa was 2-for-2 with a double, two walks, two RBI and two runs, stealing two bases. Angel Del Rosario swiped three bases, going 1-for-4 with a double, a walk, two RBI and a run. Rainer Nunez was 1-for-1 and Damiano Palmegiani (Surrey, B.C.) was 1-for-3 with a walk and a run. Adriel Sotolongo was 1-for-4 with a double.
Colton Laws made another rehab appearance, striking out one in the first inning and Kendry Rojas allowed just one run on four innings, allowing four hits and striking out six. Geison Urbaez got into trouble, getting charged with seven runs on five hits (one HR) and a walk, hitting a batter and striking out two in 1 1/3 before Jimmy Burnette allowed both inherited runners to score, giving up two hits in 2/3 of an inning with one strikeout. Edgar Castro finished, allowing a run on a hit and a walk with a strikeout in the eighth.

DSL Blue Jays 5, DSL Padres 8
The DSL Blue Jays (14-9) lost the first game of a doubleheader to the DSL Padres 8-5.
Luis Garcia was 1-for-3 with a walk, a double, a stolen base and three RBI while Victor Arias was 1-for-3 with a double and a walk, driving in one. Yeuni Munoz was 1-for-3 with a walk and Jean Arnaez was 1-for-4 with a run. Manuel Beltre and Jonathan Peguero were both 0-for-1 with two walks and Peguero scored twice.
Johan Simon started, allowing a hit in the first inning and striking out one. Pedro Acosta allowed three runs on three hits with three walks and a strikeout in 2 2/3 innings and Keiner Leon allowed three runs on five hits (one HR) with a walk in 1 1/3 innings. Gabriel Ochoa gave up another two runs in 1/3 of an inning, allowing three hits and two walks and Pedro Munoz struck out two to finish the game.

DSL Blue Jays 7, DSL Padres 3
The DSL Blue Jays (15-9) redeemed themselves in the second game of the doubleheader with the DSL Padres, winning 7-3.
Francisco Fajardo had a pair of doubles, going 2-for-3 with a walk, two stolen bases and two runs while Jean Arnaez was 2-for-3 with a triple, four RBI and a stolen base. Luis Garcia was 1-for-4 with a stolen base and a run and Manuel Beltre was 1-for-3 with a double, a walk, an RBI and two runs. Victor Arias was 1-for-2 with a walk, an RBI and a run and Leafar Yege was 1-for-3.
Eliander Alcalde started, giving up two runs on four hits and two walks with two strikeouts in four innings and Nathanael Perez allowed a run on a hit with one strikeout in two innings. Sergio Caruci struck out two in the seventh.
