The British Columbia Minor Baseball Association (BC Baseball) is looking to add an outstanding “Operations Manager” to its dynamic organization.

Founded in 1963, BC Baseball is a grassroots, volunteer-driven, non-profit organization that is helping over 18,000 young players in communities across B.C. to have fun, develop skills and make friends. Guided by its Core Values, BC Baseball’s Vision is to be “an exemplary youth baseball association in Canada through increasing enrolments and participation of British Columbians developing skills, while enjoying the great game of baseball”.

As a key member of the BC Baseball leadership group, the Operations Manager will manage projects, coordinate and assist programming, and provide technical and administrative support to the Provincial Executive and to Member Associations. The Operations Manager will be an ambassador for BC Baseball and strengthen relationships within the baseball community.
