Sherwood Park Dukes alum Tanner Kirwer (Sherwood Park, Alta.) belted a home run to help the class-A Advanced Vancouver Canadians to their first win of the season, a 5-2 victory over the Tri-City Dust Devils on Thursday.

“Due to the ongoing closure of the Canada/United States border, the Board of Directors of the American Association of Professional Baseball has approved the temporary relocation of the Winnipeg Goldeyes to Jackson, Tennessee for the 2021 season.”
