WELLAND, ONT. - The Welland Jackfish have agreed to terms with right-handed pitcher Brandon Underhill for the upcoming 2025 season.

The Niagara Falls, Ont., native returns to The Pond following a career-best season in 2024. In 14 games, Underhill recorded a 2.91 ERA with a 7-1 record. In 55 2/3 innings, he struck out 38 while only walking 10.

The former Brock Badger enters his fifth season with the Jackfish. In total, he has posted a career 4.93 ERA and a 16-1 record.

The Jackfish return to The Pond on Saturday, May 17 when they take on the Barrie Baycats.
