Ontario Terriers

Ontario Terriers 18u 3B Ethan Cane (Hamilton, Ont.) has committed to the Jefferson College Cannoneers.

He has been an outstanding Terrier since the age of 15. He has a great attitude, is an excellent teammate and has showed steady improvement year after year throughout his career with the program.

This is a testament to his desire to learn‎ and a tireless work ethic. His defensive skills provide steady, reliable defence at the hot corner where he possesses soft hands and a plus arm. He can also hurt the opposition with his bat, consistently hitting the ball to both gaps. Flashes of power to left and left-centre will help keep him in the line-up at the college level.

He is an Ontario Scholar and will be studying Physical Education at Jefferson College.

The 30-acre Jefferson College campus is located in Watertown, N.Y. It is one of the 30 community colleges that make up the State University of New York system. The Cannoneers compete in Region III of the NJCAA and is home to 12 Intercollegiate Sports Teams.
