The Kitchener Panthers have signed Yankiel Mauris for the 2025 season.

Mauris joined the Panthers halfway through the 2024 season but did not miss a beat. Over 17 innings, he had 17 strikeouts and an ERA of 2.60. He also showed his versatility by starting games as well as coming out of the bullpen.

Mauris also represented Cuba at the Premier 12 tournament this past year with his new Panthers teammate Andy Vargas.
